At DEN, we offer more than just home delivery. Our comprehensive project management and turnkey solutions cover all aspects of making your new house a home, including site works, piles, decks, landscaping, and final touches like curtains, letterboxes, driveways, paths, fences, and more. How it works
Visit our office to discuss your vision. We’ll outline your project budget, scope, and specifications in detail.
We evaluate your land to ensure perfect placement and integration of your new home.
Should you need tweaks or a redesign, we’re here to help for an additional $3,000 + GST. We then finalise the project price.
Your home is built in the yard within 15 weeks, followed by a 4-week on-site finishing process for a seamless handover. We do all the excavations, piles (foundations), drainage and services to site, then bring it all together with landscaping, decks, driveways, fencing and even planting if you want! Right down to your mailbox and clothesline.
