Membership: A one off joining and set up fee of $500 for a property, and portfolios $POA.
Just like a gym membership, you will have a defined annual maintenance program, that you make small weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments for.

Pay-As-You-Go

Invoiced regularly as services are undertaken on your property, or your portfolio.
